Where we ship
For the moment, we only ship in Switzerland. All Moment kits are lovingly prepared and shipped from Geneva, Switzerland.

Processing & delivery times
As a small and thoughtful business, we pack each order with care. Please allow up to 5–10 business days for your kit to arrive. If there are any unexpected delays, we’ll be sure to let you know.

Returns & Refunds

At this stage, we do not accept returns.

However, your experience matters deeply to us. In case, your kit arrives damaged or missing anything, please contact us.

Refunds & Cancellations
We offer a full refund if your order has not yet been dispatched and you wish to cancel. Once your kit has been shipped, we’re unfortunately unable to provide refunds or process cancellations.
