We help busy minds find balance through meditative creation
Our Story
We met in a ceramic studio in Geneva, where we taught pottery and shared a love for hands-on creativity.
What stayed with us wasn’t just the clay — it was the quiet transformation we witnessed. Students, whether beginners or experienced, left calmer, lighter. Creation had a way of softening the noise, inviting presence and ease. We recognised it because we felt it too — that meditative state where time slows and something inside finds space to breathe.
Moment was born from that space. A shared belief that creativity can be a doorway to balance, clarity, and connection — not just with what we make, but with ourselves.
With backgrounds in art and psychology, we created Moment to bring this feeling beyond the studio. To offer meaningful pauses through mindful creation — wherever you are.
Simply put: we love to keep your hands busy and your mind at peace.
Our Mission
We created Moment to offer something simple, yet meaningful: a pause. A space to reconnect with yourself, even in the midst of a busy day. Through mindful, meditative creation and art therapy concepts, we give you an opportunity to disconnect and be more present —where art becomes a tool for self reflexion.
Each kit is an invitation to slow down, breathe, and create with intention. Your well-being is always at the heart of what we do. You could say we're a bit like art therapy in a box—nurturing your inner world through the soothing act of creation. While we aren’t therapists, we believe deeply in the benefits that creativity can offer.
Our Philosophy
We believe that everybody can be a creative soul. We value healing, simplicity, and sustainability in everything we create. We would like to remind people of the importance of taking time for themselves—of honouring their inner creative state.
Our curated kits are designed to gently fit into your daily rhythm, helping you carve out space for creativity, calm, and self-connection.
A Note from the Heart
If you're going through a difficult time, please know you're not alone. While our kits can offer comfort and support your well-being, they are not a substitute for professional care. If you're struggling with your mental health, it’s important to reach out to a qualified therapist or mental health professional. You deserve the support and guidance to help you through.
